What Causes Little Bumps On The Face?

hi 3 days ago I suddenly started getting little bumps on my forehead - female 53 good helth physically active usually soft smooth skin - then the bumps appeared on both sides of the nose under the chin and then on the on the jawline - I cannot think of anything unusual that I have eaten or put on my face - I do drink wine - 3-4 glasses every day could it be a sign of a liver infection?
