What Causes Little Red Pin Sized Dots On Stomach And Genitals?

Hi my name is Shelena the past week and a half I have had a migraine that I can t seem to get rid of I ve tried excedren and it don t help. I have also been getting dizzy quit frequently I can t bend over to pick some thing up I can t stand for to long and when I look up from myntabet I get dizzy. Some times the whole room spins and sometimes it feels like I have waves from the ocean under me. Then this morning i take a shower and I find all these little red pin size dots all over my stomach. I even have a couple on my womenly parts. What could this be?
