What Causes Liver Pain While Eating Despite Having Diagnosed With Jaundice?

Hi.. I m 24 yrs old. My jaumdice wad detected three months ago. Results showed bilirubin 2.3 , sgpt 4856 and sgot 4800.. Since then i was on juice and fruit diet.. After 1 and a half month my reports came to b normal. Then gradually i started adding more food to my diet.. I hv lost around 9 kgs weight and i m now just 35kgs. Now whenever i eat a little heavy food then feel pain around my liver..and i m not able to eat any oily food or a little butter.. I feel a lot of weakness too.. Can u suggest somethng which can help me to come out of this situation.?
