What Causes Liver Spots On The Arms, Hands And Neck?

I am a 24 year old female. I was fairly healthy until the 7th month of my pregnancy, that s when the kidney stones started. My baby is now 1 and 1/2 and I now pass at least 2-5 kidney stones a month, I have what a Dr. says are liver spots on my arms, hands, neck, chest and forehead. She called them something, the word ended with noma, they are red spots. Sometimes I notice the whites of my eyes are tinted yellow, I have difficulty gaining weight although I eat a lot. I just started experiencing a new symptom, very dizzy and light-headed when I stand this feeling remains until I sit down and I feel very weak. I have had bloodwork done 2 times in the last year, testing for pretty well everything and my bloodwork keeps coming back pretty normal. Nothing alarming she said. Can someone please give me some advice on what is going on with me.
