What Causes Long Periods When Suffering From PCOS?

today is the 11th day of bleeding, the first 3days were spotting, I am 24 and have pcos. I'm taking femaprin which is supposed to help regulate menstual cycle, wheat germ oil, fish oil, folic acid and iron supplements. my periods don't usually last this long and are usually very light.
