What Causes Loose Stools In An Infant Post Breast Feeding?

hi, my son is 5 month old. watery loose motion from past 3 days. but he active and normal as before.. only breast feeding but he is not drinking well as before. every time i feed he does loose motion. am worried do not know what to do. should i go to hospital? or pls give a solution
