Hi I had a uterus infection where I bled via my clitoris a little...rushed to hospital and dr told me uti infection

I have been to india for a holiday..bathed in the Ganges and when got back had this infection....first time ever...went with my fiance....engage in sex with my fiance.....recent after that infection he tells me our sex is not good as find my uterus loose...what happened here?
