What Causes Loosening Of Muscles In Anus Along With Uncontrollable Bowels?

The muscles around my anus are hanging out. Dont know why or what happened. Bowel movement are soft but come onto my underwear automatically, if I don't go to restroom right away. I'm not experiencing any pain. I am a 56 yr woman on diabetic medication and blood thinner with aspirin for hypercoagulated blood. I never noticed this situation until bowels started coming into underwear. Want .know whats going on
