What Causes Loss Of Appetite And Diarrhea After Stomach Infection?

Hi 2 weeks ago I had a stomach bug was vomiting for 2 days then felt fine the day after eating normal ect. But a couple of days after I went off my appetite every time I eat I feel icky and seems to go straight threw me and have diareah? Aldo when I ve eaten my syomch seems to growl till Igo to the toilet? Any ideas??
