What Causes Loss Of Appetite And Tingling In Hands And Feet?

I m very nervous yet scared at the same time I ve had a lot of repeat blood work done and I missed the call from doctor Friday and I m waiting until the morning to call them back. One thing she tested for was mono but I ve been reading about it and I have no sore throat or swollen glands. The main problem is im so tired all the time. I ve been sleeping 20 hrs a day and I m very nausea as well. Loss of appetite and tingling of the hands and feet as well. I m so weak. I ve very concerned about my health..do u have any idea what these symptoms could be?
