What Causes Loss Of Appetite, Bloated Abdomen And Frequent Need To Urinate?

Dear Doctor, I am curious as to why I am feeling like this. I am a 31 year old female with the following symptoms: I have lost my appetite, I just feel full but I eat cause I have too. My lower abdomen seems bloated. I have to urinate frequently and I feel thirsty all the time.
