What Causes Loss Of Appetite While Suffering From Mild Shingles?

I m just getting over a mild case of shingles. I had the shot a year ago....but I got the shingles anyway. Awful. Now that I am well . . five or six weeks . . .I find I have no appetite. I must eat so I force a few bites ....but is this to be expected after shingles??? Also, not much taste on anything. Thank you YYYY@YYYY . I m 78, female.
