What Causes Loss Of Appetite With Cold Spots In Throat?

i have been sick for 9 months and ive been threw 2 hospitals and they keep doing test but find nothing. syptoms i lost 40 pounds in 4 months, i cant eat, i get cold spots in my throat. im 18 ive had shingles already and strep followed by a tongue issue right after another and im sick of talking to the doctors that cant give me answer's. i've also had to upper g.i.'s done.
