What Causes Loss Of Consciousness Post D&C Surgery?

I had a D&C done a week ago. As soon as I got home I passed out twice. My lips turned blue and my body stiffened up. My partner called 911 & I was taken back to the emergency room. I was told I had a low red blood cell count. That mixed with the medication and hunger was the cause. I still get light headed during the day, at least once a day. Today I used a blood pressure machine at Walmart to check my blood pressure and it said my bp was 111/56 and my heart rate is 109 bpm. Is there anything I should be worried about?
