What Causes Loss Of Consciousness When Suffering From Low BP?

I am a 44 year old woman with low blood pressure. I had a couple of episodes 2 weeks ago where I almost fainted. I went to the Dr and they cannot find anything wrong with me through bloodwork. I now have occassional tingling in my exremities and was wondering if it could be connected. ??
