What Causes Loss Of Control While Having Migraines?

Hi, I have been getting migraines and dizziness. I sometimes get really disoriented and even fainting. Another thing that is strange is the fact that when I have a migraine, I lose grip control and drop things...like...a glass of water, my cell phone...etc...what is going on?
