What Causes Loss Of Hearing And Ringing In Ears Post Ear Wax Removal?

Hi i am 29 year old , i started feeling dizziness from past 15 days and unable ro balance, consulted an ENT specialist and he gave me an ear drop and few tabs and asked me to come after 3 days so that he can also remove the excess wax from my ear. After the drop, i lost my hearing capabilities to almost 99% from both the ears and i hear some wierd sounds from inside all the time. Wax has been removed but still the same. What should I do?
