What Causes Loss Of Libido Post Hysterectomy Surgery?

my wife 57 yrs old, about 23 yrs ago she had a complete hysterectomy, she had problems with sex, shortly after surgery, now again for several sexual desires declining, started dieting about six months ago, starvation dieting for about four months now. no sex at all now, does not want to be hugged or kissed by me. does not want to talk about sex, or problems with sex. looking for answers and advice
