What Causes Loss Of Memory, Chronic Fatigue And Throbbing Pain In The Foot?

46 yo Female
Over the past year, I've had a decline in cognitive performance; short term memory, recalling "what I know I know" in meetings or daily activities. I get confused easy now whereas I used to be able to think and act quickly. Fatigue is also a part of every day life now. About 6-days ago, I woke up with a very painful left foot that throbs constantly, is pins and needles and hurts to the touch. Over the past couple of days, the soreness has spread to my calf. They're having trouble diagnosing what's going on with the foot; I had an ultrasound done today to determine if there is proper blood flow to the foot; awaiting results. My question is, if it comes back negative and blood flow is okay; should I bring up the cognitive issues and fatigue? Could these symptoms possibly be related?

Thanks,

Tricia Hively
