What Causes Loss Of Memory, Weight Loss And Shaky Voice?

My friend has been suffering from something that mimics Parkinsons but Doctors say it is not and cannot diagnose. She has extreme weight loss, memory loss, her voice is shakey, she has drawing of the muscles of the hands and feet and has already had surgery to break the bones in one foot so that she can walk. She is only 35 years old. We don t know what else to do. New Orleans hospitals are at a loss. She has also been to a hospital in Texas. She is fading fast. What can we do? This has been going on for about 8 years.
