What Causes Loss Of Memory While On Forvivo For Depression?

I had been taking Wellbutrin for quite awhile. I don t even remember why I changed to Forfivo XL but I did. I took 300 Mg for awhile and when I said I was still depressed. The doctor changed it to 450mg. I started noticing quite a bit of memory problems and confusion. That has scared me. I do not know what to do. I am also quite shaky.
