What Causes Loss Of Sense In My Lips?

acctually I can not speak english fluently...but I'll try to describ the situation,since few weeks ago I couldn't feell my lips,at first only small area on left side,only the lips bellow then now it larger area until midle of my below lips...what's and how it can be..
