What Causes Loss Of Sensitivity In Breasts?

i have lost the sensitivity in my nipples as far as sexual pleasure goes. How can I increase the sensitivity again to possibly experience pleasure during sex? Also I have stopped feeling the warm tingly feeling of him ejaculating in me;why is that and how can I get that back?
