What Causes Loss Of Sugar And Salt Taste?

Lost my taste for sweets& salt. From last 2 months,my age is 30. I am facing this problem. I went to ENT doctor, she gave me vitamin tablet for week, but didn't get my taste back. I can experience spicy taste, honey, ilaychi. but not sugar and salt. I do not have any mouth ulcer. I am having 1.5 year old baby
