What Causes Loss Of Sweet Taste On Tongue?

Hi doctor, for about 2 months now, I am not able to have complete taste of sweet food on my tongue. Initially, I thought its malaria but have having full malaria medication, the feeling still person. This is giving me serious concern, what might have caused this and what are they remedies?
