What Causes Loss Of Vision/lightheadedness Every Time I Suffer From Migraines?

hi. I have always had migrains but lately they have become more frequent, i have had one every day for the last month. with them i lose my vision, as well as feeling sick and light headed. i also have lost feeling in my large toe of my left foot. whats wrong with me?
