What Causes Loss Of Voice, Cough And Phlegm While Treating Pneumonia?

I am recovering from a pneumonia and I was on antibiotics and am feeling better. I have now lost my voice and still have a cough with phlem. My energy level is much better and I sm feeling good but why have I lost my voice and still have cough and phlegm. It s bern almost 3 weeks since I was diagnosed with pneumonia.
