What Causes Loud Whooshing Sound In Ears With Pressure In Head?

Hi, im 18 and for a while now (5 years) I ve noticed i get a loud whooshing noise like wind in my ears when i get up, crouch down, when its sometimes quiet and when i lie down sometimes. It usually come with the feeling of pressure in my head and can make me feel light headed. Thanks:)
