What Causes Low WBC Count And Green Hue Around Mouth Of An Anemic?

My 15 year old daughter has a green hue around her mouth. She is Anemic and has a low white count. She is also losing her hair no bald patches. Just more than usual. Her pediatrician isn t helping much. Probably because I have no insurance from switching jobs. Can you give me any idea where this is headed?
