What Causes Low Appetite And Gurgling Sounds In Throat Of A Child?

I think my three week old grandson might have jaundice. he look s more orange than yellow but i m sure that his color has changed since birth.I m looking at picture s so I don t know the color of his eye s. I do know that he is having a hard time feeding.He is making a raspy ,gurgling sound in his throat,plus choking .He has to be fed a little at a time and then burped .My question ;are these the same feeding problems that are listed about infant s with jaundice? thank you for you r quick response. sincerely, Grandma Wendy
