What Causes Low Appetite While On Ultracet And Benadon?

hello Sir, My dad is 85 years old, he is suffering a lots of pain in chest every morning when he wake up even can not stand straight due to pain but after 20 to 30 min he get normal. this is for last 20 days, took chest x ray and found fluid in right side of chest. Doctors started treatment of TB and advise FORCOX, LEVOFOX 500 MG, PAN-D, SYNASMA ,BENADON 40MG, ULTRACET,UPRISE. He was hospitalise for 6 days But now he is not feeling hungry means not able to take proper food. Suggest me what to do and is treatment is ok?
