What Causes Low Bleeding During Menstruation?

SIR,

hi i'm only 24 and i have my period for only 5 days with low blood flow compered to my last periods, one pad is more than enought ! i just want to know what happened to me, its still regular and comes every 28 days but i'm concerned with the decreasing og the amount please if u know what is this help me
