What Causes Low Blood Pressure Along With Severe Tiredness?

hi my mother is experiencing bouts ofvery low blood pressure.at least once a day resulting in no energy she has to lie down .she cant even open her eyes.she has atril fibrulation and a leaking patent duct,which she is seeing a specialist in february.do we just wait for february not sure is this dangerous for her?
