What Causes Low Body Temperature Along With Shivering And Lower Back Pain?

My temperature has been 97.7 - 97.9 for the last four days and I get so cold I m shivering. My back also hurts just below the waist that I have to sit down. I had a hemorrhagic stroke on the first and am doing better every day but I tire so easily that I lose my breath.
