What Causes Low Diastolic Pressure And Pulse Rate?

hi , doctor . Yes, i check my blood pressure regularly at home. i am a 20 year old female. and always get these similar results for weeks .. the SYS would usually be just above a 100 most of the time between a 100-110 and rarely a 120 the DIA is 60 and highest so far 69 .. and pulse never below 80 .. what could it mean ?
