What Causes Low Ejaculation Level Plus Pain In Testicle?

Hello. I'm a healthy 28 year old male. The other day when I was masturbating I noticed my ejaculate was extremely smaller then normal, and it didn't "shoot" out like normal. Since then I have had a slight pain/discomfort in my right testicle, which seems to be sitting higher than normal. Could the two issues be related, and if so, do I need to seek medical help immediately?
