I have a quarry about my father whose echo 2D report recently get .actually he has pain in multiple joint & also swelling both legs knee. Dr advices test are echo 2D,T2 T3 TSH, RA factor,uric acid etc..everything is normal expect echo

.the report says 1- the global left ventricular ejection fraction is 60% . is this abnormal
