What Causes Low Grade Fever Along With Cold Hands And Hot Feet?

Low grade fever 100.0, cold feet and hands, really hot legs, rest of body is warmer than usual. This is the 2nd day with the fever. Some dry coughing, and some heavy sneezing. I don't feel sick to my stomach but I do have some gas. The first day was a lot of gas (every couple of minutes) now very minimal and mostly after I eat. Stool is normal. Appetite is normal. My concern is the heat being produced in the legs as it can be uncomfortable.
