What Causes Low Grade Fever Along With Headache And Neck Pain?

My daughter has been experiencing a low grade fever, headache and neck soreness but only at night for the past 3 nights. What should I do? She seems to feel fine and the fever and headache go away by morning and don t seem to bother her during the day.
