What Causes Low Monocytes And Urea Serum Values Along With Elevated Heart Beat?

I was having stomcah infection, i am taking these medicines : nexpro 40, tame d, klap and magnipro from 2 days. I did blood test in which I had low monoctyes and low urea serum. I had high heartbeat in morning 4am and I could not sleep after that. Feeling very lethargic right now. My muscles of chest (right side) is also paining little. Please guide.
