What Causes Lower Abdomen Pain And Discharge While Taking Bc Pill?

hi, i am 28 with no health problems, i have been taking the yasmin contraceptive pill for more than one year but this month since i started my new pack (i am now on day12) i have had a dull ache in my lower abdomen like a mild period pain and for the last 3 days i have had a bloody discharge and are feeling a little unwell, this is the first time i have experienced anything like this.
