What Causes Lower Abdomen Pain During Intercourse Post Hernia Repair?

just had hernia repair done with mesh....i have been healing perfect and have had no pain.....my doctor said i could have sex so i did and afterward my lower left side started hurting and i have a slight pulling....only when coughing, laughing hard sneezing or moving certiant way....it hurts around the left side of my mesh in a c shape going from my lower to upper stomach....do i have another hernia
