What Causes Lower Abdomen Pain?

I m having pains in my lower abdomen and it hurts when I have to pee or poo, it also hurts if I push when peeling and stand up and move around aswell, about a year ago I had c-difficile and I have recently been on a low dose of antibiotics for bronchitis. It s not fully the same symptoms as c-diff but I know that IBS can occur after having c-diff. I also have an IUD but I did check it and it seems to be fine. PLZ help
