What Causes Lower Abdominal And Lower Back Pain?

hi my question is ive had several symptoms in the past few weeks that include lower abdominal pain, lower back pain. This was about 3 weeks ago but now ive been having light headaches and i have also been feeling a bit weak. Muscles sometimes ache as well.
