What Causes Lower Abdominal And Ovarian Pain With Black Discharge In Urine?

I have very bad pains on my right ovary and sometimes my left ovary. When I urinate just recently I started noticing black particles looks like dandruff and very black discharge I am afraid I may have ovarian or cervical cancer. There is no odor and this is the first time I have seen this but always had severe pain on my right ovary and lower part of my abdominal area. What is going on?
