What Causes Lower Abdominal Area Along With Hot Flashes And Nausea?

Hi I am a 37 year old female I have not be diagnosed with anything but I m worried because I have been having pain in the overies and peeves area for some time I have hot flashes nausea tiredness dizziness is bad I m tired all the time only get 3/4 hours of sleep have a 5 year old and I work and I walk a lot in my job I try to eat healthy I often have the feeling of cramps my monthlys are up and down in the last few months the bad stabbing pain in ️my overies have been bad the pain can last for half and hour I always have this feeling of heavy ness could u help please
