What Causes Lower Abdominal Cramping After Having IUI?

Hi I just had my second iui today after taking Gonal-f injections and HCG trigger shot. After a few hours of being home I started feeling cramps on my lower right abdomen and also saw some white thick discharge, is this normal?!or does this mean something.? Thank you.
