What Causes Lower Abdominal Cramping Along With Loss Of Appetite And Energy?

I have been trying to get pregnant for five months. Last month my period was 11 days late and I had a thick creamy discharge. Now I m meant to be on day 19 of my cycle but for the past few days iv been feeling cramps in my lower abdomen and loss of energy and appetite. I know I have to wait for 2weeks to find out about pregnancy but what could my current symptoms mean? My obvious conclusion is pregnancy but I do understand it could be something else. Please Help
