What Causes Lower Abdominal Cramps And Vaginal Discharge?

Hi doc. I'm 18 years old, 5'4 in height, my weight is average maybe between 125 to 135 pounds. I only get my period every two months since I went to college. I had unprotected sex last May 19, 2011. My period supposed to come this week. I have lower abdominal cramps and clear vaginal discharge
