What Causes Lower-abdominal Movement And Unusual Bleeding?

I'm having movement in the lower part of my stomach....my tubes has been clip tied and burnt ...laser surgery almost 10 years ago...i've took 3 pregnancy test all negative last week and this week I'm having movement....could I be pregnant...i've started bleeding about 3 weeks ago heavily and clogs and cramps not normal and became lighter last week and I'm not sure if its off...but this movement is what I'm concern about its not suppose too
